Heavy landscaping
The garden was originally over run and on a steep incline. We paved the whole area, adding steps and retaining walls, artificial grass and lighting to each level. We even constructed the children’s play area.

We were having a number of jobs done at the same time including the removal of 2 internal load-bearing walls, blocking up an old doorway, installing bi-fold doors and reciting two radiators. Nathan provided a detailed quote and the work was done to a high standard, and all signed off by building control. He did a great job of timing all of the relevant tradesmen (plumber, plasterer, joiner) so that the job was completed within the quoted time frame and cost.
Nathan and his team done a great job , we had downstairs toilet which was damp and a horrible room premier building transformed it into a clean warm and modern toilet plus shower room they kept us informed of progress of work also answered our questions he also gave us advice found them to be hard working no corners cut etc overall good experience would recommend premier building thanks to Nathan and his team
Nathan and his team provided a first class service, they have met the original specification and provided a new garden design, full brickwork and retaining walls, with steps leading up to the garden. Additionally where we met some problems with underground water pipes Nathan went on to resolve these to keep the job moving. Clean, tidy, and professional I have already had Nathan do further work for me and have in booked to complete additional work next year. Would highly recommend him.
From coming to quote through to completing the job, they came when they said they would and did what they said they would. Kept us informed of progress and issues during the work and seemed to know what they were talking about. The finished patio looks good. Here’s to it lasting a long time.
Nathan at Premier was quick to respond to my request for a quotation for the work required. Once agreed by the insurance company he came back to me with a quick turnaround to complete the job. They made the selection and purchase of the new brickwork to match existing and the colour choice was excellent. They worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned up after them.
